Job Description
This position is responsible for all activities with running various die cutter machines. Must be able to make ready, adjust, and operate die cutting equipment such as Bobst, Iijima, Sugano, Iberica and or Youngshin. Will work closely with the gluing department to ensure meeting their needs. Must have 3 years die cutting experience to be considered for the position.
Responsibilities
- Read job orders and prepare set up according to specifications and instructions
- Set up, maintenance and operation of die cutter equipment to produce to customer specifications
- Observe and adjust machines as needed based on output
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and defects that may occur
- Maximize efficiencies through team related tasks, policies and procedures
Skills
- Experience with troubleshooting/problem solving
- Set up and run Bobst 102SE, 104ER die cutters
- Blanking experience a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of die cutting experience is required
- Must be able to work overtime when required
